What changes beyond the heat source?

The assessment should cover heat loss, radiators, controls, electrical supply, outdoor siting and hot-water storage. It should also include safe decommissioning of the boiler and tank or cylinders, remaining fuel, access and any making-good work. These items can materially change project scope.

Are running costs guaranteed to fall?
